Hiking up Peak 3 in the Chugach Mountains at the end of September. One of my favorite hikes following the Sunnyside Flattop trail, then splitting off to hike up Peak 3.

Had the opportunity to hike with my sisters pup Sunny Dog today. This fun loving Chocolate Labrador loves hiking! He will hike double what I hike when we hit the trails. Today we jumped on the trail at the Glen Alps Trailhead in Anchorage, Alaska. We headed up Little O’Malley and kept going strait into the Ballpark (Football Field), then headed halfway up O’Malley before heading back. Late August Hiking is unreal in Anchorage!

Started at the Glen Alps trailhead in Anchorage, Alaska. Headed up little O’Malley then took a left up the False Peak ridge before the Ballfields. Great hike, with outstanding views.
